Questions?

How much does it cost?

Not every system has the same price but you can expect them to cost between €2K and €3K. This includes the building of the system, the detailed documentation and all revisions until you're satisfied with the result.

Do you offer discounts?

In case you want to do more than one project we can switch to a monthly operations as a service subscription model. This would give you weekly consultation calls, up to 4 systems per month and maintenance of all existing systems for €4500 per month. We can see if this makes sense for you in the intro call.

Why do this instead of hiring a COO?

Hiring a skilled COO takes months and costs a ton (average $121,000/yr). You're also on the hook for benefits + severance, and there's no guarantee they'll deliver what you want them to. With me you have the flexibility to do a one-off project and if you love it, you can even subscribe monthly. It's simply quantitatively and qualitatively better for the vast majority of companies under $5M/yr: you pay less, get results faster, and can pause or cancel your arrangement any time.

How does payment work?

50% is paid upfront and 50% is paid when the project is completed. I use Stripe as a reliable and easy way to manage payments and this also allows me to automatically contribute 1% of revenues to remove CO2 from the atmosphere.

What's your refund policy?

If you're not 100% satisfied with your service, I'll keep working for free until you are.

How fast are you?

It depends on the number of revisions and the specific project but you can expect the system to be built in less than a week.

How do we communicate?

Except for the onboarding call and the optional final delivery call, comms will be async and minimal. We can use email, Slack, or whichever method your prefer.
